Google Transit application comes to Athens
The Athens Urban Transport Organization (OASA) revealed on Wednesday that it has signed an agreement with Google to make available Google Transit, a public transport route planner, to commuters.
Another 471 cities around the world already use the application, which is available via smartphones, notebook computers and tablet PCs.
Passengers will also be able to use the facility via OASA?s website (www.oasa.gr) by submitting the details of their departure point and their desired point of arrival along with the time they wish to travel.
