Fines issued for counterfeit products on Rhodes

Market inspectors on Rhodes have issued fines worth 226,000 euros to two people for trading in counterfeit products.

As a result of the inspections, which took place last week, over 29,000 fake products were identified and subsequently destroyed.

A photo issued by the Interagency Market Control Unit (DIMEA) suggests that the fake products included games and toys.
