Suspicious bag near prison director’s home declared harmless

A suspicious bag found right next to the home of the Korydallos Prison director in Dafni, central Athens, was declared harmless following an investigation by authorities.
According to Kathimerini, a resident of the same building spotted the bag and notified the police.
A bomb squad was dispatched to the scene and confirmed that the bag contained nothing suspicious or dangerous.
