Minor arrested in Crete for assaulting school principal

A minor was taken into custody in Iraklio, Crete on Friday for physically assaulting and injuring a school principal.
The incident occurred outside the school complex. The student’s guardian was also detained and faces charges of neglecting supervision.
Police investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident will decide whether any additional procedures are required to ensure school safety.
