Elderly woman arrested for arson in eastern Attica
An elderly woman was arrested on Saturday for allegedly setting fires in dry grass near Oropos, eastern Attica.
The woman is accused of intentionally setting two separate fires on Tuesday and Saturday and has been fined 5,413.50 euros.
The suspect was brought before the Athens Court of First Instance and was granted a postponement to appear before the investigating judge on Wednesday.
