Woman falls to her death from highway bridge in Crete

A young woman fell to her death on Thursday afternoon from a highway bridge near Iraklio, Crete.
According to local reports, the woman was riding in a car with two friends. After the car stopped on the side of the bridge road, the woman approached the edge and for unknown reasons lost her balance and fell 60 meters to her death.
Her friends immediately contacted the authorities, however when the ambulance arrived the woman had already died.
