Coach crashes into utility pole in Paiania, driver slightly injured

A coach bus veered off the road and crashed into a utility pole on Lavriou Avenue in Paiania, eastern Attica, just before 6 a.m. on Monday.
The 57-year-old driver sustained minor injuries and was transported to Athens’ Evangelismos Hospital for treatment. No passengers were on board at the time of the incident.
The cause of the accident is being investigated.
