Police officers attacked with firebombs

Police officers were attacked with four firebombs on Thursday afternoon by a group of unknown assailants.

The attack took place in central Athens’ Exarchia district, which is a known anarchist haven, where such incidents are not uncommon.

After the attack, the perpetrators fled the scene.

No injuries or material damage was reported as a result of the attack.
