Schinas: EU rules for returning illegal migrants are not adequate

EU Commission Vice-president Margaritis Schinas said on Thursday that EU rules in place for returning illegal migrants to their country of origin are not adequate and that there are new proposals on the table to be discussed, ahead of a meeting of EU migration ministers to discuss improving security in the bloc after deadly attacks in France and Belgium.
