Girl (2) found dead in Thessaloniki municipal nursery

Officials in Thessaloniki are expected to order a sworn investigation into the causes of the death of a 2.5-year-old girl at a nursery in the city.

The girl was found dead on Friday morning by employees at the Agios Stylianos municipal nursery.

A medical examiner was summoned to the scene, as was the general secretary of the municipality, Nikos Liakopoulos.
