Five more arrested in Kolonos sexual abuse case
Greek police arrested on Tuesday night five more people linked to the sexual abuse and pimping of a 12-year-old girl from the Athens district of Kolonos.
According to the police, the suspects are three Greek men aged 65, 49 and 44 and two foreign nationals aged 50 and 23. Among those arrested is a dermatologist, authorities said.
The five men will be led before a prosecutor on Wednesday.
A total of 10 people currently remain in custody in relation to the case, including the girl’s mother, while dozens more suspects are being investigated after lists believed to contain the names of men who had sex with the child were discovered by investigators.
