Rescue teams locate missing policeman’s body

Rescue teams on Saturday morning located the body of a 42-year-old police officer who had been missing since Friday.

The body of the policeman, who was based in western Attica, was located in a crevice near Tripotamo, Evrytania, in Central Greece.

Specialist rescue teams, firefighters, volunteers and police were involved in the operation, a statement from the Fire Service said.
