School’s out on Corfu due to storm
Schools on Corfu have been ordered to close on Tuesday ahead of the arrival of the weather system dubbed Bogdan.
Civil protection officials agreed to the move on the Ionian island on Monday.
The closure applies to all educational grades and levels.
The weather over Greece will deteriorate on Monday evening as a result of Bogdan, which is already affecting Italy, according to an emergency weather bulletin from the National Meteorological Service (EMY).
