Fire on Salamina

A fire has broken out on the island of Salamina on Thursday afternoon. According to information from the Hellenic Fire Service, the fire is burning on a rocky, mountainous location with low-growing shrubbery.

A helicopter and 27 firefighters are on scene as well as two ground teams with six vehicles.
