Suspected migrant smugglers arrested on Kythira
Three Turkish nationals have been arrested and charged with human smuggling after two sailboats carrying dozens of migrants arrived on the Greek island of Kythera Wednesday.
The suspects, aged 30, 29 and 17, were among the 170 passengers picked up by the coast guard.
Reports Wednesday said it was unclear when or from where the two vessels had set sail, and whether they had been traveling together or separately.
