Man wanted for armed bank robbery in central Athens
Police on Tuesday were searching for a man who robbed a bank branch in the district of Petralona, central Athens, earlier in the day.
The suspect entered the bank located at the corner of Trion Ierarhon and Mirmidonon Streets around 10 a.m. and took an unspecified amount of cash after holding staff at gunpoint.
He then fled towards an unknown direction.
