Restaurants, bars penalized over labor, tax violations

Inspections by financial police between July 13 and Monday at catering establishments, mainly restaurants and bars, on the popular tourist islands of Mykonos and Zakynthos, and in Thessaloniki found that 18 of them had failed to comply with relevant labor legislation and tax laws. 

More specifically, fines were slapped on 12 of them while six were ordered to shut down for 48 hours.
