Halkidiki: German tourist found dead in the sea

Coast guard officers recovered the body of a 64-year-old German tourist from the sea near Ouranoupoli in Halkidiki, northeastern Greece, on Monday.

The man was formally pronounced dead after being transferred to Halkidiki general hospital.

The man, whose body showed marks of injury, was identified by his wife, who was with him in Greece. [AMNA]
