Two dead after car falls in sea

Two people were found dead after their car fell into the water near Thessaloniki on Monday afternoon. Divers and a Coast Guard vessel arrived on scene in an attempt to reach the car and its passengers but did not manage to rescue the two. According to reports, the two passengers were a man and a woman, both aged approximately 60 years old.
A coroner is expected to arrive on scene and police investigations are ongoing to determine the cause of the accident.
