Moderate quake rattles Crete
A 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck off the island of Crete on Monday morning, according to the Geodynamic Institute of the National Observatory of Athens.
The epicenter of the earthquake, which took place at 8.38 a.m., was identified approximately 43 kilometers northeast of Sitia, and at a depth of 12.7 kilometers.
There were no reports of injuries or damaged buildings.
