Farmers markets in Attica to remain closed Wednesday 

Farmers markets in Attica, where Athens is located, will remain closed on Wednesday as the region struggles to cope with a snowstorm that has blanketed the country since Monday morning and cut power in many districts.

The Panhellenic Federation of Farmers Market states that it is “monitoring developments” with the weather and will make new announcements for the next few days if there are changes.
