Ex-PM Karamanlis tests positive for Covid-19

Former conservative prime minister Kostas Karamanlis has tested positive for Covid-19, his political office said in a statement Tuesday.
The New Democracy MP, who is fully vaccinated and is only displaying mild symptoms, is isolating at home.
Health authorities Monday announced 18,834 new coronavirus cases and 101 deaths. A total of 672 patients were intubated in ICUs, they said.
