Olympiakos defender Ruben Semedo arrested over alleged beating

Olympiakos defender Ruben Semedo was arrested on Monday night after his 28-year-old partner claimed he had physically assaulted her.
According to media reports, the pair, who live together in the Portuguese soccer player’s house in the southern Athens suburb of Glyfada, had a fight, during which he allegedly hit her, injuring her collarbone.
He then locked her out of the house and she called the police.
