3-day mourning, public funeral for ex-President Papoulias

The government has decided to hold a 3-day official mourning for former President Karolos Papoulias, who died early Sunday at 92.
During the mourning period, the Greek flag will fly at half-mast in all public buildings.
His funeral will be at public expense.
