Infant with coronavirus in stable but serious condition

A 4-month-old infant that was admitted to hospital in Thessaloniki late on Sunday night with coronavirus is in a stable but serious condition. The infant was suffering from coronavirus-related pulmonary deficiency. The infant was intubated shortly after its arrival.
“It is a serious pulmonary infection and needs significant levels of support from a ventilator,” said a report released by the Ippokrateio Hospital in the northern port city.
