Coronavirus: 2,984 new cases, 31 deaths

Greek health authorities announced 2,984 new cases of the coronavirus for the 24-hour period ending 3 p.m. Thursday, as well as 31 deaths.
The number of patients on ventilators was 391 early Thursday afternoon, from 387 a day earlier.
Since the start of the pandemic, there have been 731,167 confirmed coronavirus cases, with 15,801 fatalities.
