Fire breaks out near Lavrio

A fire broke out on Monday in a forested area of Lavreotiki municipality, southeast of Athens, the fire service said.
The blaze is burning in a gorge in Markati, it said.
A force of 30 firemen with 13 fire engines have been dispatched in the area along with four aircraft and two helicopters.
