Number of new Covid-19 cases remains high

The number of new Covid-19 cases showed no letup on Wednesday with health authorities announcing 3,445 cases, bringing the overall number to 285,015.
According to the National Organization for Public Health (EODY), there were a further 75 deaths, bringing the total death toll up to 8,607, and the number of intubated patients is 749.
