Intubations of Covid-19 patients rise to 706
The number of intubated patients rose further to 706 on Thursday from 699 the day before, according to daily data from the National Organization for Public Health (EODY).
Health authorities also reported 2,588 new infections in the country which brought the total number to 247,992.
The same data showed 52 people died in the 24 hours from its last bulletin raising the overall death toll to 7,701.
