Restoration of historic bridge coming along

Stone masons work on the restoration of the 19th century Plaka Bridge in Ioannina, northwestern Greece, on Friday. The bridge was destroyed by floods in February 2015 and a key phase of its restoration started this week with the installation of the keystone that locks the arch in position. [ANA-MPA]
