Dozens gather for fruit and vegetables handed out by striking farmers

Striking small farmers on Wednesday handed out fruits and vegetables to dozens of people at an open-air market in Kolonos, central Athens.

Farmers are protesting the government’s proposals with regard to reforms in the country’s pension system.
