Probunkers signs Neptune Declaration on Seafarer Wellbeing and Crew Change

Greek refueling innovator probunkers announced on Thursday it has joined 300 companies in signing the Neptune Declaration on Seafarer Wellbeing and Crew Change, in a worldwide call to take action to end the unprecedented crew change crisis caused by Covid-19.
