Food safety institute by Jotis
Food producer Jotis has inaugurated its Hellenic Center for Research and Innovation, which aims to cover the needs not only of the company but also the entire food manufacturing sector for a modern food safety institute.
The institute is budgeted at 1.6 million euros and is housed in buildings covering a total area of 1,305 square meters, with a low energy footprint and state-of-the-art laboratory equipment.
The activities of the research center will include high-level research, various research projects and the organization of educational seminars in cooperation with other research centers and universities.
