Aktina Wind to buy interests in solar projects in Greece
Sky Solar Holdings Ltd, headquartered in Hong Kong, has announced agreements to sell interests in 23 megawatts of annual capacity of solar projects in Greece for 39.7 million euros.
It added that the buyer [Aktina Wind Ltd] will pay 37.8 million in cash and take on certain specified liabilities of 1.9 million euros associated with transaction assets.
