ECB says to wait for Greece reforms before making decision on debt
The European Central Bank will wait for Greece to implement its agreed reforms before welcoming the debt-wracked country back into the fold of fully-fledged eurozone borrowers, president Mario Draghi said on Thursday.
“Once the prior actions will be implemented, the (ECB's) governing council will take a decision” which will effectively allow Greek banks to participate again in the regular refinancing operations, Draghi told a news conference.
