Turkish property owners target Greek buyers

A few years ago the acquisition of a home in Turkey may have sounded more like a joke, but the neighboring economy?s solid growth rates, attractive property prices and sound real estate prospects are drawing Greek investors.

Turkish property owners are targeting Greek buyers with offers of property in central Istanbul starting from 1,000 euros per square meter.

Old mansions on the banks of the Bosporus Strait or the Princes? Islands, starting at $50 million, are also on the market.
