Greek-Azeri meeting in Baku

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Kostas Fragkogiannis co-chaired the 5th Session of the Joint Intergovernmental Committee on Economic, Industrial, Scientific and Technological Cooperation between Greece and Azerbaijan on Thursday.
The session held in Baku included discussions with the minister of energy of Azerbaijan, Parviz Shahbazov. According to a ministry statement, the plenary session reaffirmed both countries’ commitment to strengthening bilateral relations.
It also laid out an extensive framework aimed at developing and promoting synergies in areas such as trade and investment, energy, transport, agriculture, technology, healthcare and tourism.
