Enel businesses in Romania within reach for PPC
The conclusion of PPC’s acquisition of Italian company Enel’s activities in Romania is days away, with next Tuesday being the most likely date.
After four months of negotiations that began in November 2022, PPC agreed to pay €1.26 billion for Enel’s businesses.
The acquisition will be partly financed by two loans.
