US realtor delegation tours ‘unknown Greece’
A delegation of 22 brokers and representatives of estate agencies-members of the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors of Illinois in the US have visited eight Greek cities and had the opportunity to attend in-depth presentations of the business profile and investment dynamics of Greece, while they had the opportunity to meet estate agents too.
The delegation members stayed in Greece for nine days and their journey, which started from Alexandroupoli, included the following stops: Kavala, Thessaloniki, Ioannina, Parga, Patra, Aigio, Corinth and Athens.
The US brokers had the chance to learn about the Greek real estate market and the investment opportunities presented.
The director of eXp Greece and honorary president of the Association of Real Estate Brokers of Greece (EPPA), Nikos Manomenidis, who was the head of the mission, said that “the American realtors got to know the ‘unknown’ Greece – i.e. the regions which are not so prominent, but at the same time they are investment opportunities.”
