Current account gap widens in April, tourism revenue up

Greece’s current account deficit widened in April compared to the same month in 2020, with the gap reaching 2.079 billion euros from 1.146 billion euros in the same month a year earlier, the Bank of Greece said on Friday.

Tourism revenues rose to 0.045 billion euros in April from 0.014 billion in the same month in 2020.
