EU approves SME support
The European Union on Monday approved a subsidized 793-million-euro loan to Greece for the support of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises that have been hit hard by the pandemic.
Eligibility for support is open to SMEs in all sectors of the economy (except the financial sector), which have been affected by the novel coronavirus outbreak.
The companies that meet the requirements will get support to boost their liquidity for a period of eight months.
