Hotels 4 Climate webinar series begins on Tuesday

The German Ministry for the Environment and the European Climate Initiative are funding a series of webinars titled ”Hotels 4 Climate,” starting on Tuesday and running until March 18.

The program, with the participation of the Institute of the Greek Tourism Confederation, aims at the reduction of greenhouse gas emission by hotels in Greece and Cyprus. Addressed ay hotel sector officials and professionals, attendance is free of charge.

All four webinars will be in Greek, running 3-5 p.m., and are scheduled as follows: “Climate Change – The New Data” tomorrow, “Buildings and Energy Saving” on Thursday, “Energy Systems and Saving” on March 16 and “Environmental Management Systems and Certifications” on March 18.
