Traditional Latvian Costumes | Athens | To March 18

On the occasion of Latvia’s centenary, the Baltic republic’s embassy in Athens presents an exhibition of photographs by Jurgis Rikveilis titled “From Folk Dresses to Clothing,” in which the artist explores the traditional folk dress of his country from a contemporary perspective. The exhibition is on show at the Image Gallery through March 18. Opening hours are Tuesdays to Fridays from 4 to 8 p.m., Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 4 p.m.
