Bike Festival | Athens | September 22-24

The eighth annual Athens Bike Festival starts at Technopolis in Gazi on Friday, September 22. This year the festival is divided into three main sections which include a bicycle exhibition at the Technopolis museum and a host of special events for adults and kids alike. These include a Skirt Ride through the streets of Athens aimed at encouraging women to cycle – and to do it in style – a maintenance workshop and much more. The festival runs from 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday, while opening times on Saturday and Sunday are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Admission is free.
