Spike Lee’s ‘Chi-Raq’ | Athens | June 1

The Hellenic American Union and Hellenic American College (HAEC), in association with the Hellenic American University (Manchester, NH, US), are organizing a lecture on Spike Lee’s 2015 drama “Chi-Raq,” a film inspired by Aristophanes’ “Lysistrata,” at the Hellenic American Union on Wednesday, June 1. The talk will be delivered in English by Andrew Horton, author, award-winning screenwriter and professor of film and media studies at the University of Oklahoma. The event starts at 7 p.m. and admission is free of charge.
