The Greek National Opera presents a new edition of its “Opera & Fashion” series on Thursday, May 19. The performance, titled “Dammi I colori,” showcases the art of makeup, with acclaimed Greek makeup artist Achilleas Charitos working with the company’s soloist singers and dancers. The production, based on a concept by Isma Toulatou, features singers Tassos Apostolou, Ines Zikou, Vassiliki Karayanni, Cellia Costea and Dimitris Paksoglou, and choreography by Konstantinos Rigos. The event is accompanied by a photography exhibition “Dammi I colori… The Making Of,” which will goes on display at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center’s Visitors Center from May 25 to June 5.
