Journey to the Southern Cross | Athens | To March 6

Songs by Thanos Mikroutsikos based on poetry by Nikos Kavvadias comprise “Taxidi sto Stavro tou Notou” (Journey to the Southern Cross), a musical theater production currently on stage at the Badminton Theater in Athens. Shows runs through March 6. The cast includes singers Rita Antonopoulou, Costas Thomaidis and Yiannis Mathes and actors Stelios Mainas, Stavros Zalmas, Elisavet Moutafi and Nikos Arvanitis, among others. Shows start at 8.30 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays, at 5.45 and 9 p.m. on Saturdays, and at 7 p.m. on Wednesdays and Sundays. Ticket prices range from 10 to 30 euros.
