Biennale | Thessaloniki | To September 30

Forty-four artists and an art collective, representing 25 countries, are taking part in the 5th Thessaloniki Biennale of Contemporary Art, running in the northern port city through September 30. The exhibition’s central show is “Between the Pessimism of the Intellect and the Optimism of the Will,” a title inspired by a quote by Italian philosopher and author Antonio Gramsci.
