Acropolis Museum to waive entrance fee on March 25

The Acropolis Museum at the foot of the ancient citadel in central Athens is offering visitors the chance to enjoy its spectacular exhibitions for free to mark Greece’s Independence Day on March 25.

The museum exhibition areas will be open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

General admission tickets to the museum normally cost 5 euros.
