Man arrested over tire puncturing spree
Police said on Thursday that a 24-year-old Afghan national was arrested on Monday on charges of puncturing the tires of parked cars in the Athens neighborhood of Kypseli.
The suspect, who has been previously arrested on similar charges, has been linked to at least 31 cases of tire vandalism on Tinou, Spetson, Hydras, Eginis and Evelpidon streets.
